태블릿 주문 및 단말기 승인
#### \[기능 설정] 서비스 이용 전 필수 설정 안내
태블릿 주문(POS)과 단말기(결제 기기)를 원활하게 연동하기 위한 필수 설정 절차를 안내해요. 처음 서비스를 이용하거나 기기를 재설정할 때 순서대로 진행해 주세요.
#### 1. 기기 전원 및 네트워크 연결
가장 먼저 두 기기의 전원을 켜고 인터넷에 연결해야 해요.
1. **단말기 전원 켜기:** 단말기의 측면 또는 후면 전원 버튼을 눌러 전원을 켜주세요.
2. **태블릿 전원 켜기:** 태블릿의 전원 버튼을 눌러 전원을 켜주세요.
3. **네트워크 연결:**
* 두 기기 모두 **같은 Wi-Fi(와이파이)** 또는 네트워크에 연결되어야 합니다. 네트워크가 다르면 서로 통신할 수 없어요.
* (Wi-Fi 사용 시) 태블릿과 단말기(유선/Wi-Fi)설정 메뉴에서 동일한 와이파이 이름(SSID)을 선택하여 연결해 주세요.
#### 2. 단말기와 태블릿 연동 설정 (핵심)
태블릿이 주문 정보를 보낼 단말기를 인식하도록 설정하는 가장 중요한 과정이에요.
1. **태블릿 연동 방식 선택:** PC-POS 연동 사용을 설정해요.
2. **단말기 IP 주소 확인:**
* 단말기 본체에서 `[특수버튼]` → `[1. 사용]` → `[4. 정보조회]` → `[2. 단말기정보]` → `[단말기번호]` → `[생산일련번호]` → `[프로그램버전]` → `[단말기 IP주소]` 메뉴로 들어가 단말기에 할당된 IP 주소를 확인해요. (예: 192.168.0.50)
3. **단말기 TCP/IP 설정 및 PORT 확인:**
* 단말기 본체에서 `[특수버튼]` → `[2. 관리]` → `[비밀번호: 0805]` → `[2. TCP/IP포트]` 메뉴로 들어가 단말기에 TCP/IP 설정을 하고 할당된 PORT를 확인해요. (예: 20088)
4. **태블릿에 단말기 IP/PORT 입력:**
* **PC-POS IP:** 태블릿 앱의 연동 설정 화면에서, 확인한 단말기의 IP 주소를 정확히 입력해요.
* **PC-POS PORT:** 태블릿 앱의 연동 설정 화면에서, 확인한 단말기의 PORT를 정확히 입력해요.
* PC-POS 연동 설정 저장
5. **단말기 PC-POS 연동 설정 가이드:**
* 단말기 본체에서 `[특수버튼]` → `[1. 사용]` → `[2. 통신/외장장치]` → `[4. PC-POS]` → `[PC-POS 사용 설정(2.YES)]` → `[통신속도 선택(보통 38400사용)]` → `[라인 최대 글자(2.42Bytes)]` → `[단독 거래 잠금 설정]` → `[키 버튼 잠금 설정]` PC-POS 연동 설정을 합니다.
6. **단말기 지원 모델 현황**
* 3인치 유선단말기 (총 7종): SCS-4200, DD2300, DD9500, DK9300, DD2350, DD4350, DK8300
* 2인치 유선단말기 (총 1종): DD9400 *(※ V1.2.0부터 지원 가능)*
7. **주문 및 결제 기능 최종 테스트**
모든 설정이 완료되었다면, 실제처럼 테스트 주문을 넣어봐요.
* **테스트 주문:** 태블릿에서 임의의 메뉴(예: 100원 메뉴)를 하나 선택하여 주문을 넣어요.
* **단말기 요청 확인:** 태블릿에서 결제 요청을 보냈을 때, 단말기 화면에 해당 금액과 함께 카드 승인 대기 화면이 뜨는지 확인해요.
* **테스트 결제 (옵션):** 카드를 사용하여 실제 결제를 진행해 보고 승인 및 영수증 출력이 정상적으로 되는지 확인해요. (테스트 결제 건은 반드시 즉시 취소 처리해 주세요.)
**설정 중 문제가 발생하셨나요?**
* **기기가 서로 연결되지 않을 때:** **두 기기가 같은 Wi-Fi**에 연결되어 있는지 다시 확인해 주세요. 단말기의 IP 주소 및 PORT를 태블릿에 오타 없이 입력했는지 점검해야 해요.
* **앱이 작동하지 않을 때:** 앱을 완전히 종료 후 다시 실행하거나, 최신 버전으로 업데이트해 주세요.
