# 고객관리

> 경로: `사이트맵> 환경설정> 고객관리`

### 1. 고객관리

1-1. 정렬, 검색: 최근방문순, 방문 많은순, 포인트/스탬프 많은 순으로 정렬해요.

1-2. 고객등록: 새로운 고객을 등록해요.

1-3. 엑셀 일괄등록: 엑셀로 고객을 일괄 등록 할 수 있어요.

1-4. 고객등급 관리: 고객을 등급으로 관리 할 수 있어요.

1-5. 포인트/스탬프마케팅방식에따라포인트 또는스탬프 항목을 표시해요. 

1-6. 마케팅 수신: 고객등록할때, 마케팅 수신 동의 여부를 나타내요.

1-7. 고객 상세정보: 고객목록을 클릭하면 고객의 상세 정보를 확인 할 수 있어요.

1-8. 휴대폰번호: 가운데 번호의 뒤2자리와 마지막 번호의 뒤 2자리를 마스킹하여표시해요.

### 2. 고객 등록

2-1. 휴대폰번호만 필수 항목이에요.

2-2. 마케팅정보 수신 동의: 체크를 해야만 SMS 쿠폰 발송이 돼요.

### 4. 고객 등급 관리

4-1. 등급 산정 기간: 등급 산정 기간을 전체 또는 기간을 선택할 수 있어요.

* &#x20;고객등급의 기준이 동일하다면 제일 낮은 등급으로 표시가 돼요. \
  &#x20;즉, 기준이 모두 10만원이라고 설정하면, 고객등급은 GUEST 등급으로 표시가 돼요.
* 고객등급명은 관리자Web에서만 수정할 수 있어요.

### 5. 고객상세 관리

5-1. 포인트/스탬프 내역: 적립 방법에 따라 포인트/스탬프 내역이 표시돼요.

5-1-1. 전체 내역: 포인트/스탬프의 적립, 차감, 교환 내역을 조회할 수 있어요.

5-1-2. 적립: 관리자가 포인트/스탬프를 임의로 적립 할 수 있어요.

5-1-3. 차감: 관리자가 포인트/스탬프를 임의로 차감 할 수 있어요.

5-2. 쿠폰: 보유하고 있는 쿠폰 갯수와 쿠폰 사용 내역을 확인 할 수 있어요.

5-3. 주문내역 Top5: 최대주문건수 Top5개를보여줘요.

5-4. 방문 시간대: 5개의 시간대, 주말/평일 구분해서 보여줘요.

5-5. 고객(회원) 삭제: 선택한 고객을 삭제 할 수 있어요.
